29 April 2022 – First Tech Challenge – The Encrypted Gentlemen #16788
Hello everybody! I am here going to tell you guys about
how the 2023-2024 FTC kick-off was for us.
The kick-off happened at the Sint Lucas school in
Eindhoven.
When we arrived we went to masterclasses, which are
basically just small lessons on different topics that teach
us stuff that is useful for our team.
After two masterclasses we went and ate fries together,
with a snack of course. When we finished eating we got
to watch videos about the dutch teams at the world
championship, in Houston, USA. We also watched videos
about Gentlebotz and the FTC Playground & Skills
Academy hosted by Team Rembrandts.
In the end we got to watch the Field Reveal, which
showed us the field for this year. This year we have to
put tiny hexagons on a backboard while also having to go
under a rigging.
I think together we can make this a fun year.
Hallo iedereen! Ik ga jullie vertellen over de FTC kick off 2023-2024.
De kick off was bij het Sint-Lucas in Eindhoven.
Toen we aankwamen gingen we masterclasses doen, dit zijn eigenlijk gewoon kleine minilesjes over de FTC.
Toen we daarmee klaar waren, gingen we friet eten. Met een snack natuurlijk. Daarna keken we video’s over de Nederlandse teams in de finale van vorig jaar, in Houston, in de VS. We keken ook videos over team Gentlebotz en de FTC Playground & Skills Academy door by Team Rembrandts.
Aan het einde keken we naar de field reveal, dit liet ons zien wat we dit jaar moeten doen. Dit jaar moeten we zeshoeken op een bord achterin zetten, terwijl we ook nog onder een hek moeten rijden.
Ik denk dat ons team er samen een leuk jaar van kan maken
