Hello, I’m Ingrid. I am a teaching assistant for physics at our school. I have been involved in First for the past 16 years. My contribution is to coach, motivate, help them work together and allow them to learn lessons that they can draw on for the rest of their lives. Of course, I also hope that the FTC has opened their eyes to the world of engineering and has sown seeds for a lasting passion. As you can see, I try to keep all balls up in the air….

Hey, I am Jeroen! This is my fifth year as a coach for The Encrypted Gentlemen. Over the years, I have seen the team, and its members, grow and evolve. That is what I like about FIRST Tech Challenge, seeing the growth in each of the team members. And robots, don’t forget about the robots.
Frank
Hello, my name is Frank and I have been the coach of The Encrypted Gentlemen since its inception in 2017. Prior to that, I was an FLL team coach for three years. My role in the team is to be the technical sparring partner. I am very proud of the results they have achieved individually and as a team, and that they pass this spirit on to the new team members and other teams.
Esther
My name is Esther Wouters. I’m a coach for The Encrypted Gentlemen. I learn a lot from this team and I hope to contribute something to their development. These people certainly will be succesfull in life! I’m proud to be a part of this process. It’s always fun to attend events with the team. I thinks it’s beautiful to see people with passion which is what I see in this team.
